At COUTÈLE, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 60 days of purchase.

Refund Policy

Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 60 days. The cost of the return shipment is your responsibility. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Important Notes:

  • You can return any COUTÈLE product, not when its been used.
  • Products that are completely empty will not be accepted.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the individual product prices will be recalculated, and the bundle discount will no longer apply.
  • If your order included a free gift, we kindly ask you to return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to charge its value.
  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on our website (www.coutele.com). Purchases made through third-party platforms are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds can only be processed once we have received the returned product.

Packaging Tip:
Please ensure your return is packaged securely, especially if it includes fragile items. We recommend reusing the original packaging to avoid damage during transit. COUTÈLE is not responsible for any damage caused during the return shipment.
