Refund Policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can do so within 60 days of purchase. The cost of the return will be at your expense. Once we receive your return shipment, we will process your refund within 5 working days using the same payment method as your original order.

Please Note:

  • You can return any COUTÈLE product within 60 days, not when its used.
  • Empty products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
  • For bundles: If you return part of a bundle, the discount applied to the bundle will be voided, and individual products will be charged at their full price.
  • Complimentary gifts included in your order must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on our website (www.coutele.com). Orders from third-party sellers or retailers cannot be refunded.
  • We can only issue refunds after we receive the returned product(s).

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 60 days. After 60 days, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or exchanges.

If your order included a complimentary gift, please ensure it is returned along with the product(s). If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase from our website is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at hi@coutele.com
